Outsourced Accounting & Payroll Ops

My reason for picking Richtr initially was that we were running payroll ourselves internally and payroll got to be just too much of a task, took too much away from the profitable aspects of our business for me to be stopping what we were doing, the moneymaking things and running payroll and figuring our payroll and correcting payroll problems and doing all the payroll, reporting.

The solutions that they provide help us immensely because we were able to spend more time on profitable activities, driving new business and less time on activities that really do not drive the bottom line at all.

We’re very satisfied with the services they provide. They’re able to do more one-off tasks was probably their best value added. It’s easy to run payroll, we get into a routine with that, but being able to track down and bill an insurance company or reprice and re-apply for our disability group disability insurance for us, I think that saved us about 50 percent on the premiums that we’re paying.

Tax time has become pretty seamless, doesn’t take up a lot of time or energy or concern. It’s just communication between the tax preparer and Richtr and that’s all done. That’s what I really value.

I would consider Richtr part of the practice, certainly. We do not have or do not need to have any kind of finance department or a CFO. They step in in that role just fine.

I would recommend Richtr to anyone who is considering growing their practice. As your practice grows, your responsibilities increase. The only way to grow your practice truly is to delegate or outsource roles and responsibilities. Richtr enables us to continue to grow the practice by taking responsibilities and tasks off our plate and puts us in a nice growth mindset where we can continue to service our existing clients and continue to grow the practice and gives us a great leverage on our time.
